    Quick to take your money, very slow to reply. In fact, I am still waiting for a reply, almost as long as I am waiting for my books. The only reason this place is in business is because schools order through them otherwise they would be closed due to poor customer service.

    This is one of the times when I wished that I could vote 0 stars. Over the past 3 years, I have ordered my school books here, and not one time have they arrived on time without any issues. This year, my books still haven't arrived, and the first semester is nearly over. Only order your books here if it is your very last resort.
